TERA Battle Scene.

A History of TERA:

TERA (short for The Exiled Realm of Arborea) is a fast paced, action packed MMORPG, providing the depth of an MMO with the intensity and gratification of an action style game. TERA’s unique fantasy art style will captivate you the moment you enter Arborea.

TERA’s original release took place in South Korea on January 25, 2011. Furthermore, it debuted in North America on May 1, 2012. The story is unique to the MMO scene, but familiar in scope. Two titans, Arun and Shara, somehow fell asleep. These titans of unimaginable power met in a void absent of form and time. So, as they slept, they began to dream. During their slumber, the Exiled Realm of Arborea began to  and manifest around them. Their bodies formed the two continents of which Arborea consists.

TERA is a fully customizable character creation and immersion game. The game offers a variety of races from which to choose:

  • Aman
  • Baraka
  • Castanic
  • Elin
  • High Elf
  • Human
  • Popori.

TERA also offers a myriad of class options too:

  • Archer, Berserker, and Lancer.
  • Mystic, Priest, and Slayer.
  • Sorcerer, Warrior, and Reaper.
  • Brawler, Ninja and Valkyrie.

Most of these class options are available on platforms, with the exception of Ninja and Valkyrie. While no word has been released about the Valkyrie on console, En Masse Entertainment recently announced the Ninja coming to console.

What Exactly Does the Ninja Class Offer:

En Masse describes the light armour class as:

“A nimble strategist who relies on guerilla tactics and misdirection to confuse and decimate her foes, the ninja is a swift, silent, and shuriken-wielding character who brings deadly force to the fray. This unseen threat uses hit-and-run tactics, evasive maneuvers, and the ability to channel her Chi into blazing fire, to incinerate her enemies.”

You can catch a preview of the Ninja Class by checking out the reveal in the YouTube Video Below. Also, the Ninja Class – like all of TERA – is free to play on all platforms!
