He is quite impressive in the fact that he is a versatile character and can play almost any lane. He, however, see’s a higher win percentage when playing top but is most popular in mid. “Talon’s spells Wound champions and epic monsters, stacking up to 3 times. When Talon attacks a champion with 3 stacks of Wound, they bleed for heavy damage over time.” This becomes an essential piece of damage for this champion and allows him to do significant damage to all champions.

Noxian DiplomacyNoxian Diplomacy

Noxian diplomacy is actually pretty aggressive, if the target is within melee range he will do critical damage to the target, if they are not he will jump to their location doing the same critical damage. This spell almost makes it so his onslaught is unavoidable. If he kills the target he will refund some time on this spell as well.

Talon RakeRake

This ability shoots daggers outwards in a fan shape to any champions or minions in front of his path. When the daggers return it does additional damage to the champions and slows them briefly.

This spell is great for escape as it allows you to jump over terrain and escape champions if needed. It can also be utilized to jump champions by diving over walls that you would be unable to otherwise.

This ultimate is an absolute onslaught. Talon becomes invisible momentarily when he reemerges from invisibility his blades converge at his location. Each time they hit a champion they are faced with some serious damage.

Skill Order

This is the optimal skill order based on win rate. Players that choose this path see a win percentage of 57.1%, however, it is the least popular build order. This skill order focuses on W and Q but primarily W first.


Talon performs best with a sorcery/domination combo. When selecting keystones you want to focus Phase Rush, Nimbus Cloak, Celerity, Scorch, Ultimate Hunter and sudden Impact. Players who select these masteries and keystones see an increased win percentage of 56.1%.Talon Masteries and KeystonesTalon really is one of the ultimate assassin’s in the game. If played correctly he can dominate any lane. This build recommend is best in top lane but could be utilized virtually anywhere. Talon does best against Ryze, Azir and Akali.
