The next two Allied Races will debut on March 12.
The next two Allied Races, Kul Tiran Humans and Zandalari Trolls, will be coming on March 12. There has been lots of speculation on when the races would be playable. Here are some of the unlock requirements for these races.
Kul Tiran Humans require players to be Exalted with the Proudmoore Admiralty. Players must also complete the Alliance War Campaign (both 8.0 and 8.1). In addition, players must also complete the major storylines in Kul Tiras. These achievements include the Loremaster of Kul Tiras, The Pride of Kul Tiras, and A Nation United.
Zandalari Trolls require players to be Exalted with the Zandalari Empire. Players must also complete the Horde War Campaign (both 8.0 and 8.1). In addition, players must also complete the major storylines in Zuldazar. These achievements include all major lore storylines in Zuldazar, including The Final Seal achievement.
Blizzard originally planned to release these races at the start of Battle For Azeroth.
Blizzard initially announced that these races would be ready for the launch of Battle For Azeroth. However, they reversed course and said that story constraints would push back the debut of these races. One commenter was patient about the delay of these races. “I’m bummed it’s taken this long for them to come out as much as anyone. They were what most excited me about Blizzcon 2017. But I’m glad they’ve taken their time to make them exceed my expectations. Regardless of how much I complained to my friends about it taking so long, I have a date to look forward to. And THAT alone makes me content. I look forward to leveling my warrior and getting the Heritage armor! Thanks for working hard, Blizz. I’m one happy consumer,” said commenter Zagle.
