As details continue to surface about Battle for Azeroth, players get excited about getting a glimpse at the new Gladiator Proto-Drakes.
The information on Blizzard’s World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth expansion pack keep steadily rolling out, and we are getting more excited with every post! In breaking news, we finally get a glimpse of the Gladiator Proto-Drakes. You can get your hands on a Proto-Drake mount by winning 50 games in the Gladiator bracket every season.
Before, gladiator mounts were awarded when specific achievements, such as reaching Gladiator status, which required players to finish a season in the top 0.5% of an arena season and have a win record of at least 150 games.
Changes to Arena and PvP Player
Battle for Azeroth is bringing novel changes to arenas. The biggest change ocurring in arenas is concerning a shifting to a tier system. Also, the requirements to earn the coveted Gladiator Title are reformed. Now to wear the title proudly, a player needs to win 50 games in the Gladiator 3v3 bracket during a PvP season.
Even with the latest changes, the requirements for the Dread Gladiator title are still the same as Legion. In order to show off this title, players must place in the top 0.1% of their faction.
First Look at the Proto-Drakes
As always, the Proto-Drake binds when picked up and can be used account wide. It also comes in an array of 7 different colors (so you can match to your transmog, duh). Pictures of the Proto-Drake in all its colors listed below.
